Silent Auction
The News - Latest News

AGAPE-The most distinctively Christian form of love.

It is the love that Christ commanded his followers to have for one another (John 13:34-35).  It is totally selfless love, which seeks not one's own advantage but only to benefit or share with another.
The new Agape Silent Auction will be coming to the HCI  Summer Festival.  This will take the place of the past Bid ‘n Buy Booth.  We are now gathering attractive collections of items for each auction offering.  If you or a group of you would like to put together a donation, we will accept them after Masses the weekend of June 21-22 in the Parish Center.

Some examples of collections you may want to donate for the auction:

  •  A dozen golf balls, lunch and greens fee gift certificate at a local golf course
  •  A local manicure and pedicure with lunch at the Mt. Adams Bar and Grill
  •  A collection of kitchen utensils and cooking related items
  •  2 Tickets to Celtic Thunder, gift certificate at an Irish Pub, and a Celtic Thunder CD

Be creative and put together a collection of items that will receive a good bid. Please include estimated value of items. We will take care of wrapping your collection for the auction.

Here’s just one example of what is already on the list for bidding at the silent auction
Dixie's Dessert of the month!!
We’re sure that this will be a hot item!
